Develop and implement a robust Maintenance Reliability program that can standardize and sustain to ensure maximization of equipment uptime.
Manage the failure analysis process within the plants, to fully utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and other Key Performance Indicators
Develop and implement full equipment data transparency for all sites
Improve preventive maintenance procedures for both operators and the maintenance team to ensure compliance with Preventive Maintenance Program.
Initiate and document the implementation of recommended actions, fully utilizing OGSM (Objectives Goals Strategies Measurement) models.
Lead and develop progressive downtime reporting procedures and processes to track and improve equipment reliability by using Pareto analysis and other Lean techniques.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies and procedures to increase line capacities and to improve utility management.
Mentor and teach the maintenance team to develop optimal skills in maintenance and the fundamentals of nonwovens production.
Review and improve Health and Safety Program as well as develop and implement safe working programs such as Log-out/tag-out (LOTO), Accident Prevention Program and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) program.
Establish a longer term technology strategy for company aligned with TWE Group strategy and establish a technical development roadmap.
Assess and optimize a spare part management system to ensure availability of critical parts and optimal working capital management; Analyze the inventory of all parts (pre SAP), develop risk assessment, and make sure the proper levels of parts are maintained
Track progress of agreed activity plans to ensure activity effectiveness; develop and implement appropriate executive progress reporting.
Coordinate and direct projects applying project management systems making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities into overall corporate strategy.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Identify opportunities to expand and enhance production capabilities via OGSM, planning future capital projects to yield optimal returns.
Ensure proper levels of technical proficiency within all maintenance departments needed to meet customer and market requirements for growth.
Build commitment & processes around ongoing cost improvement activities while working with operational teams
Work cross-functionally between factories, coordinate with TWE Group technical teams and develop best practices for company, utilizing lessons learned procedures.


Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred); or minimum of 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Master’s Degree preferred)

10+ years Manufacturing Management with automotive customer focus. (Nonwovens background preferred)

Ability to read and interpret information furnished in (English) written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

Ability to write executive summaries, reports, business correspondence and documents.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors and other employees of the organization.

Proficiency with basic office computer software, e.g., word processing, email, and spreadsheets, as well as project management software. CAD/CAM proficiency is a plus.

Ability to solve complex problems, to deal with variables and implement corrective measures.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently for extended periods of time.
